Our Process

1) Call or email us to let us know what you are looking for

2) We will perform walk-through and submit a written proposal/estimate & references (no later than 48 hours post walk-through).

3) If client is agreeable to proposal, proposal is signed, and we outline a schedule and start date.

4) Depending on specific service (be it moving locations or a full-property cleanout) client & Arcadia Cleanouts will identify products which are going to be sold, moved, delivered elsewhere, donated, thrown away, etc. before works begins. Matt Sachs, owner of AC&L will spend time and care answering any questions the client might have.

5) Let the work begin! We supply the truck, the labor and will help to dismantle large items as needed so they can be effectively moved.

6) If you have chosen to liquidate products, Arcadia Cleanout’s will be in touch with you regarding auction & sales results and send you payment via check.
